Site Manager

This vacancy seeks an experienced site manager to reinforce STM Infra Oy's team for the execution of demanding infra contracts (railway and bridge construction). You will be responsible for daily site leadership, production planning and implementation, and for safety, quality and schedule management. You will work in close collaboration with the client, designers, subcontractors, and our own organization. The role includes both repair and new construction projects. Work will mainly take place on construction sites across Finland, so location is flexible. Willingness to travel is required and accommodation can be arranged by the employer if needed. A viable option to use your own car is also expected. Key duties: - Lead and coordinate site production - Manage site finances, schedule and execution - Direct supervision of workers and subcontractors - Plan and coordinate procurements - Document and report on site activities - Ensure health and safety compliance - Collaborate with clients, designers and other stakeholders - Quality control and documentation What we expect from you: - Experience leading sites in infra, railway or bridge projects - Several years of site supervisory experience - Proven track record of successful site deliveries - Appropriate education in infrastructure construction (e.g., construction foreman, civil engineer or MSc) - Good financial acumen and holistic management - Ability to drive the site with a goal-oriented and safety-first mindset - Strong IT and documentation skills - Good organizing and interpersonal skills - Experience with railway bridges and railway environments is highly valued - Certification as concrete/site supervisor is an advantage What we offer: - A diverse and responsible role in a growing company - Flat organizational structure and agile decision-making - Good colleagues and a developing work environment - Competitive salary based on experience - Employment benefits (e.g., lunch benefit and evolving wellbeing activities) Interested?
