Fortum is seeking a Group Manager for Production Maintenance Planning within Heating & Cooling Nordics, based in Espoo, Finland. The role leads the maintenance coordinators and drives the development of asset management for production plants. You will oversee the practical asset management of plants assigned to you, coordinate maintenance activities, and work closely with operations, maintenance personnel, project staff, and service providers. You are responsible for safety and performance improvements in maintenance, and you will participate in the planning of maintenance and new plant investments. The candidate should have a relevant technical education such as a DI or engineer, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong industrial maintenance experience, and advantages for experience in electrical or automation areas. Willingness to travel and fluency in Finnish and English are required; other languages are a plus. IBM Maximo knowledge is advantageous. A Class B driving license is required.
