Practical Nurse

A Practical Nurse in home care in Tuusula is expected to plan, implement and evaluate customer-centered care with the support of a multidisciplinary and communal team. The role involves independent work with shifts in the morning and evening, including weekends, and close cooperation with other home care units and support teams. We provide thorough orientation and a skilled, multidisciplinary work community, with opportunities to influence the development of home care operations and to utilize technology as part of patient care. Required qualifications include a social- and health care-based Vocational Qualification (practical nurse) or an equivalent vocational qualification. Applicants should have, or be prepared to obtain during probation, nursing licenses, a driver's license and access to a personal car. Strong ability to work independently, organize one’s own work, and good Finnish written and spoken language skills. Experience in home care or elderly care and use of RAIt measure are a plus. Employment is permanent, full-time, starting 14.9.2026 or as agreed. Salary commences at 2935.15 €/month, with additional pay based on experience. Occasional vaccinations and a health certificate may be required for patient and client work. A criminal background check is required for positions involving elderly care.
