We are seeking a versatile and proactive customer-service minded property and cottage maintenance worker for Levi. Your duties may include: - Maintenance and upkeep of holiday cabins and properties - Small repair and renovation tasks - Maintenance tasks indoors and outdoors - Transporting items and supplies - Property inspections and condition maintenance - Resolving problems and practical solutions - If needed, taking care of practical matters for visiting guests - Ensuring guests receive a good and smooth service experience What we expect from you? - You are a hands-on doer who takes initiative - Your hands are not afraid of work and you can perform basic repairs - You are reliable, thorough and responsible - You have a B-class driving licence and your own car - You can communicate in English with customers - Good Finnish language skills - Customer-service attitude comes naturally to you - You can handle multiple things at once - You are prepared to work in Lapland’s changing conditions Bonus if you have experience in property maintenance, construction, renovations, cottage maintenance or other practical tasks.
