Driving Instructor

As a driving instructor, you will teach car and moped students to drive safely and responsibly, providing the best possible instruction in B and AM categories. CAP aims to improve traffic safety by offering high-quality services, modern customer experiences and digital learning methods. Our offices in the Lahti area are in Lahti, Orimattila and Hollola. You will work in a relaxed atmosphere with motivated colleagues. You will receive the induction and support you need to succeed. You will join a well-functioning team and smooth day-to-day operations. We provide comprehensive induction to the work of a driving instructor and to your office. If the Lahti area is not familiar to you, we will help you get to know it thoroughly during your induction. You will have the support you need to focus fully on your work. We hope our new instructor has: Good teaching skills Strong interaction and customer-service skills, with some sales-mindedness An independent approach to work and a suitable ability to handle pressure Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems Fluent Finnish and English Moped-instructor qualification A valid driving instructor permit Motorcycle-instructor qualification is considered an advantage. In addition to teaching, the work includes office duties such as electronic student administration, so office skills are needed. Experience with electronic teaching tools is useful. Although English is important in this role, we encourage you to apply even if it is not your strength. Other language skills are also useful. The role starts by agreement.
