Solution Specialist – Financial Planning Professional

Are you familiar with financial planning processes and would you like to apply your expertise at the interface of financial management software and customers? We are looking for a solutions specialist for a permanent position to strengthen Softwave’s expert team. As a solutions specialist you will work with the Opiferus total solution and help our customers utilise Opiferus Financial Planning in their own financial planning processes. The role combines financial administration, customer work and software. Your duties include customer product support and guidance, expertise tasks related to financial planning and internal accounting, and defining integrations from the customer’s process perspective. We are seeking a finance professional with a background in the field and a strong understanding of financial planning processes and internal accounting. Experience with integrations and working in municipal organizations is appreciated. The role requires initiative, precision and good customer service and interpersonal skills. We offer a permanent contract, flexible working hours and the opportunity to work flexibly both remotely and in the office. You will receive thorough onboarding to Opiferus solutions and a relaxed, skilled work community. We follow the Information Technology Services Collective Agreement.
