Automation Engineer

We are seeking to hire an Automation Engineer for PLC-Automation at Insta’s subsidiary in a permanent, full-time position. In this role you will develop safe, customer-enhancing solutions, adopt new technologies to deliver the best possible outcomes, and work mainly with Siemens technologies but may encounter other PLC technologies in customer environments. Insta is a Siemens partner, enabling access to newer technologies (TIA Portal, PCS neo and WinCC OA). Your goal is to improve plant availability with modern operations and processes. At PLC-Automation in Insta you’ll participate in diverse and challenging automation projects, able to execute wide in‑house deliveries as well as smaller maintenance projects. You will listen to customer wishes to grow professionally; as an experienced designer you may take a role at the customer interface and in the overall design of solutions. You will work at the Oulu office and remotely as needed. The position is permanent and full-time. Remuneration will reflect your previous expertise and experience.
