Nurse

We are seeking a nurse/health nurse for a temporary position at Kalasatama Health Center starting 21 September 2026 or as agreed. The fixed term currently runs until 31 January 2027. The unit is preparing to implement the Oma hoitaja - Oma lääkäri model, and we are inviting a nurse to strengthen our operations during the preparatory and deployment phases. The team will increasingly work in a pair-based model with shared population responsibility. Your duties will include managing patient contacts and visits according to care plans, primarily on site with possible remote days. The atmosphere at Kalasatama Health Center is open, supportive and collegial. Work is performed in multiple shifts between 08:00 and 20:00. You will be part of an multi-professional team and are expected to develop your skills and practices together with colleagues. Compensation includes a salary of 3285,44 €/month with potential experience allowance up to 8% and a meal benefit, plus other city employee benefits. Requirements include a Bachelor level degree in nursing (AMK) or equivalent specialization, licensure under Finnish law, good Finnish speaking and writing skills, and health screening prerequisites.
