Work from home as a Customer Service Agent near Lisbon or Porto

In this role you will be in direct contact with French-speaking clients by phone, email, or chat, helping them answer questions and requests and providing a personalized solution. You do not need prior experience in customer service as we provide full training. You will be part of an international team, so a good level of English is required. Training is remote, and you will work from home while being part of a dynamic and positive environment. Note: because it is a home-based role, you must live within a 100 km radius of Lisbon or Porto. If you move to Portugal, flight coverage is provided and you can benefit from company-paid accommodation and support with banking, tax number, and health insurance.
