Full-Time Customer Service Representative

What you will do As a customer service representative, you will communicate with customers enthusiastically by email, social media and telephone. You will also solve problems and answer questions professionally. You will take part in training to learn how to handle customer enquiries more efficiently, achieve good results and leave customers satisfied. You will speak with customers in Swedish. English is the official language at the workplace, giving you the opportunity to improve your English while working in Lisbon. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. Good English, both spoken and written. You are prepared to live and work in Lisbon for 12 months. You are at least 18 years old.
