Toimialajohtaja for natural resources is sought to lead and develop Jokilaaksojen koulutuskuntayhtymä JEDU's natural resources sector as a whole, including programs in food, agriculture, tourism, forestry, cleaning and facilities services, horticulture, and restaurant and catering across multiple campuses. Responsibilities include profitability and pedagogical quality, internal control and risk management, supervising teaching and guidance staff, and ensuring staff competence. The director collaborates with other department heads and principal. The role is full-time; compensation follows the collective agreement. Required qualifications include a suitable higher education degree, teaching qualification in vocational education, an approved education administration qualification or equivalent, and leadership experience. Desirable: sector knowledge, energy-education experience, digital learning environments, procurement experience, and strong collaboration with authorities. Six-month probation; police check and medical certificate required before start.
