Coordinator to Personal Service & Banking (Private Banking) position in Mariehamn. We offer an interesting and responsible role in a team with a central function within the Åland Islands business area. You work closely with our client managers and handle cases related to savings, investments, management, financing, law and daily banking. The core of the role is to support the private banking client managers by coordinating and driving cases in a correct, efficient and professional manner. Today a large part of the work consists of administration, coordination and case management, where accuracy and structure are crucial for the quality of our client work. At the same time, the role is developing and we see that customer contact may become an increasingly important part of the assignment going forward. Therefore we seek someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes administrative tasks and meeting customers. We are looking for someone who: has an interest in savings, investments and Private Banking; prior experience or knowledge in the area is advantageous; can express themselves fluently in Swedish both spoken and written and have good knowledge of English; enjoys customer contact and giving professional service while also appreciating administrative tasks and working meticulously with details; is good at collaborating and building relationships both internally and externally; is structured, responsible and follows up that cases are completed; is flexible and comfortable in a workday where priorities can change quickly and no day is the same; has the ability to stay calm and focused even during periods of high tempo and many parallel cases.
