HSE Supervisor

HSE Supervisor for datacenter and industrial construction projects. We are seeking an HSE Supervisor to join the safety team for data center and industrial construction projects. The business of digital infrastructure and energy & industrial construction delivers demanding industrial projects, power plants and data centers. You will help build a new strategically important business area. As HSE Supervisor in the safety team you are responsible for practical leadership of site safety and ensure safety matters are implemented in daily operations according to plans. You are an integral part of the safety team, coordinating daily safety work and ensuring smooth information flow between parties on site. In the role you work in close cooperation with the site manager, the supervising foreman, other supervisory staff, employees, sub-contractors and the client. You will ensure that safety guidelines and practices are clear and followed at all stages. Your responsibility includes the practical deployment of site safety plans, directing safety solutions by phase and risk anticipation. Organize inspections, monitor safety observations and actively address deviations. In addition you participate in inductions and training and ensure the site operates in accordance with laws, regulations and client requirements. You will also be a central link in developing a safety culture and ensure safety is a visible and integral part of everyday work on site. The HSE Supervisor role also includes conducting inductions and other site-safety related tasks.
