The Summer 2027 Amanuensis positions are for medical students for the summer of 2027 in Lappeenranta, Finland. Amanuenses will work in several specialties at Etelä-Karjalan keskussairaala under the guidance of experienced seniors. In addition to working, the summer offers many opportunities to meet people and explore the city. Amanuenssit are available in multiple specialties: Anesthesia, Pediatrics, Pulmonary Medicine, Rehabilitation, Neurology and Oncology. The duration per specialty is up to 1 month. Please indicate your preferred specialty and dates, and you may also state a secondary preference. The positions are intended for medical students who have completed three years of study. We offer a practical and supervised learning environment, the opportunity to become familiar with different specialties, a pleasant workplace, and affordable housing near the hospital.
