Instead, you’ll work across different types of projects, building real breadth while sharpening your core consulting skills. You’ll: Work directly with clients to unpick complex people and organisational challenges. Help shape clear, practical solutions—not just theoretical recommendations. Move between different types of work—from organisation design to leadership, to rewards, to talent. Contribute to workshops, analysis, storytelling, and delivery—seeing projects through end-to-end. Learn quickly, adapt often, and build a well-rounded human capital consulting toolkit. It’s fast-paced, varied, and genuinely interesting work. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy figuring things out. You’re curious about how organisations really work—and how people make them succeed (or not). You can build credibility with clients and communicate ideas clearly. You’re motivated to grow across multiple areas rather than staying in one niche.
