About The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Government professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian public sector environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, administrative, compliance, public safety, social service, and community engagement challenges across government institutions. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within highly regulated and citizen-focused environments. What You’ll Deliver Design realistic government scenarios in Gujarati or English grounded in Indian public sector contexts (e.g., administrative operations, social services, compliance reviews, public safety coordination, community programs, citizen service delivery) Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, policy interpretation, case management, and decision-making tasks Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, procedural compliance, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting public sector and government best practices Qualifications Native Gujarati with strong professional English proficiency 5+ years of professional experience in government, public administration, social services, public safety, compliance, or community programs Background in one or more relevant roles: Administrative Services Management, Child/Family/School Social Work, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Police or Public Safety Supervision, Recreation & Community Services, or related government functions Strong understanding of public sector workflows, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and Indian government environments Why Collaborate with Lilt?
