Sales Associate, Finlayson Pop-Up

We are looking for a sales associate who is motivated by targets and sales for Finlayson's pop-up shop from the beginning of November through the end of January 2027. There are 5–15 working hours per week available, and we also hope you are willing to work more hours when needed. The employment contract will be between the employee and StaffPoint. The retail-sector collective agreement applies, and pay is according to retail agreement pay group B, with pleasant evening and weekend supplements. Why Finlayson? As a sales associate, your primary task is to provide the best possible customer experience in every customer interaction. You will work in the shop according to our concept. In addition to sales and customer service, your duties include displaying products, maintaining the general tidiness of the shop, opening and closing the store, and handling settlements. The job also includes unpacking deliveries, so you should be comfortable with physical work. You will always serve customers knowledgeably and courteously, recognise their needs, and help your team achieve individual and shared targets through your solution-oriented example. In the Finlayson Pop-Up shop, you will sell Vallila and Reino & Aino products as well as Finlayson products. We expect you to: - Take an independent, confident, and active approach to sales. - Be motivated and committed to working in line with the Finlayson brand and values. - Be able to work flexibly on weekdays and weekends. - Have good Finnish-language skills. - Have previous experience in customer service and cashier duties.
