Would you like to work in a machine shop environment, develop your skills with CNC machines, and be part of a professional team in Oulu? We are looking for a CNC machinist for a full-time position for our client. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines, as well as ensuring the quality of the parts produced according to customer requirements. The role involves collaboration with design and production teams to ensure smooth production and quality. Key Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC machines for production, interpreting technical drawings, models, and plans, CNC programming, inspecting finished products and measuring with precision tools. We expect at least 5 years of experience as a CNC machinist, ability to read technical drawings and models, experience in CNC programming and machine operation, CAM programming skills or interest in programming, precision, responsibility, high-quality work, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and fluent Finnish skills. It is an advantage if you have relevant education in machining, mechanical and production engineering, or metal industry, but work experience is more important than education.
