Production Worker

We are looking for several new production operators to join our growing team on a new production line in Salo. Interviews will begin immediately, and we will fill the positions as suitable candidates are found. The tasks of a production operator include changing parts on the production line, measurements and quality control, changing tires, daily maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring smooth production processes. The work is primarily moving standing work. We are not necessarily looking for a metal industry professional – the most important thing is the right attitude and motivation to learn new things. We provide comprehensive training, so previous experience in similar tasks is not necessary. We hope you have an initiative and responsible work attitude, a desire to learn new tasks, good teamwork skills, Finnish language skills, Finnish citizenship, and a clean criminal record. Starting salary is TVR4, which is €12.50/hour, and the work is done in continuous three-shift work. Interested?
