Sales Manager

In this role you not only sell. You lead. You build. You win. As Sales Manager at Taloturva you will take the helm of the pipe renovation business in sales. You will lead the sales team, develop operations and ensure targets are not left on paper but come true. We have operated in Tampere since 2013 and have a strong local reputation as a pipe renovation partner. We have expanded to Sweden and Norway. What does the job contain? As Sales Manager your responsibility is to lead and grow Taloturva’s pipe renovation services sales. In daily work this means: recruiting, training and coaching the sales team; developing and implementing the sales strategy; setting clear goals and tracking them; conducting sales negotiations and managing key accounts; analyzing and reporting results. You will have effective tools, strong support and training so you can succeed and rise to the top. What do customers think about starting with us? After every customer visit we measure customer satisfaction by SMS feedback survey. In 2026 our NPS score has been 72, corresponding to a school grade of 9/10 and indicating very high customer satisfaction. Who are we?
