General Practitioner

We are now looking for a skilled and motivated general practitioner to join our team for public services in South Karelia, in the Parikkala and Rautjärvi areas. The work involves general practitioner level work in elderly and disability care units in Parikkala and Rautjärvi. Additionally, there is a 24-bed ward in Parikkala offering short-term rehabilitation for clients with temporary functional decline. The work is part-time, two weeks of work (5 days/week, 38.25 hours/week) followed by two weeks off. The working days are Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, with Wednesday as a remote day. If you wish to work full-time, we can tailor the schedule accordingly. We hope you can start in early October 2026, but other dates are also considered. Flexible working hours are possible, including two days a week.
