Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher to join Kielon daycare in Vantaa. The role involves listening to children and their guardians, fostering a warm, professional and dialogic working atmosphere, and supporting the well‑being and development of every child. The daycare operates with a three‑teacher model and emphasises child- and family‑centered, unhurried care, individualized attention, and collaborative learning within a multi‑professional team. The position is permanent and located in the Kielon daycare in western Valkoisenlähteentie in Vantaa, near good transport links. Applicants should have the required early childhood education qualification and be prepared for a six‑month probationary period. Salary is based on the Municipal Education Personnel Collective Agreement, with additional allowances for postgraduate degrees and experience. The job is full‑time (38 h 15 min per week).
