Responsibilities
- Participate in client work from the outset together with sales
- Clarify customers' business and AI needs
- Define technical solutions and implementations, including AI-based development, AI agents, automations and LLM solutions
- Concept AI and data solutions with the team
- Utilize facilitation and visualization in solution design
- Develop Alfame’s operations and offering and support capability development
Requirements
- Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions
- Familiarity with generative AI, AI agents and AI-assisted development
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and bring structure
- Experience in concepting and concretizing solutions
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to make complex things understandable
- Confident in customer-facing discussions and proactive in conversations
