Are you a physician with an interest in impactful work in student health care? Join us as a general practitioner in student health care at our Rauma service point. We are looking for a part-time (about 50%, 18–20 hours/week) and permanent physician to start in October, with hybrid work combining on-site and telemedicine. The role involves diverse health issues typical for young adults, with emphasis on mental health, skin diseases, musculoskeletal symptoms, infections, and sexual health. Students are directed to appointments based on care needs assessments. We use BeeHealth’s digital platform and the job includes tele-consultations and chat consultations. We offer comprehensive onboarding, supportive colleagues and supervisor, good opportunities for consultations, and training to develop your skills. You will have a chance to influence your job description and work with a meaningful client group. Salary and terms follow the YTHS and Finnish Medical Association agreements. The task-specific salary range is: general practitioners 6668–7348 €/month; specialists 7410–8167 €/month. Monthly salary may include a personal salary portion (6–24%). Certificates and opinion fees are paid separately under the collective agreement. We provide extensive occupational health services and a benefits package including ePassi. At YTHS, working in a general sense may qualify for 6 months of specialist training in general medicine. We expect a Medical Doctor licensure or specialist qualification and a valid right to practice as a healthcare professional, plus good interpersonal skills.
