Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal Correlation One team to provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and resources.
- Act as a subject matter expert on GenAI, contributing insights and expertise to internal discussions, projects, and initiatives.
- Stay current on new AI models, tools for building AI assistants and agents, and methods for connecting AI to enterprise use cases.
- Participate in internal dry runs and client orientation calls ahead of delivery to align on session goals, audience, and content before leading sessions.
- Lead live sessions and hands-on workshops for Correlation One’s clients, including applied cohorts where participants map and redesign real workflows and build AI assistants and agents.
- Provide guidance and support to workshop/program participants, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Teach responsible AI use — how to verify output, recognize where AI is and isn't reliable, handle sensitive data appropriately, and stay accountable for the final work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, applications, prompt engineering, AI assistants, and agents
- Experience applying AI to real business workflows
- Experience building custom AI assistants and agents; familiarity with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
- Public speaking or teaching experience; strong communication skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and explain technical concepts clearly
- Passion for education and technology
