About the role

We are seeking receptionists for the winter season 2026–2027 in Inari. Inari is a unique place to live and work in Finnish Lapland, with pristine Arctic nature, vast wilderness, mountain landscapes and clear lakes surrounding everyday life year-round. The area is known for the northern lights and rich nature experiences. As a receptionist you will work at the heart of the hotel and ensure a smooth guest experience from start to finish. Your duties include check-in and check-out, handling reservations, customer service, phone and email work, and upselling. The work starts in November 2026 and lasts until the end of the winter season, i.e., until late March/April 2027. Requirements include experience and/or education for hotel reception work, service-mindedness, a positive attitude and responsibility, ability to work independently and handle pressure, good IT skills, fluent Finnish and English (other languages are a plus), and flexibility regarding working hours. We offer diverse work in the unique Lapland environment, good opportunities for professional development, an international and pleasant working community, accommodation in staff housing at a reasonable rent, and comprehensive employee benefits. If you are interested, please send your application and CV with salary expectations as soon as possible and include a reference contact.
