We are seeking a Data Center L2 IT Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve data center hardware issues. This full-time day shift role may be based at our data center in Lappeenranta, Finland. Responsibilities include solving challenging hardware issues with servers, managing hardware fault handling, proactively handling L1/L2 tasks via ticket system, updating processes and documentation, collaborating with L3 technicians to improve SLA, enhancing support processes, and basic network troubleshooting. Requirements include knowledge of data centers and server equipment, advanced IT hardware troubleshooting skills, proficiency with Unix/Linux and command line, experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis, proactiveness, and excellent English skills. Bonus skills include advanced network troubleshooting and B driving license.
