Experienced Site Supervisor

Do you want to take responsibility and help deliver demanding groundworks projects? We are looking for a proactive and accomplished construction site supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations on site and ensure that work progresses safely, to a high standard and on schedule. You will join our skilled yellow-and-black team, where collaboration, a hands-on attitude and strong expertise produce results even on challenging sites. Our groundworks and engineering construction professionals deliver comprehensive ground and concrete construction solutions from design to execution. Our special expertise includes demanding ground and concrete works for industrial, commercial, residential and landfill sites. We also work on international projects, including major data centre projects, of which we have already built nearly 70. Here, your expertise is valued, you can influence your own work and develop your skills, and you can help build a better country every day with our yellow-and-black team. ### Duties and responsibilities As a construction site supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management of a construction project and the smooth operation of the site. Your duties include scheduling work phases, quality control, ensuring occupational safety and monitoring costs in your area of responsibility. You will make sure daily work phases proceed according to plan and that the site operates efficiently. We expect previous experience in site supervision, an independent approach and a desire to develop site operations and ensure high-quality project delivery. We want you to share our strong commitment to safe and responsible construction. You will promote a safety culture on site through your own example and ensure that operations are high-quality, efficient and sustainable. ### What we hope for from you - At least 3–5 years of experience in groundworks projects and site supervision - Relevant education, for example a construction manager, construction engineer, Master of Science in Technology or construction technician qualification - An independent and responsible approach to work - Strong teamwork, communication and leadership skills - Broad experience in managing sites and successfully delivering construction projects - Fluent Finnish and readiness to work in English when needed - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in changing situations - Commitment to high-quality, safe and responsible construction - Readiness to travel with the construction sites Relevant and valid FISE qualifications are an advantage.
