Nurse Assistant

The job advert describes a permanent full-time practical nurse position at Esperi Hoivakoti Almahemmet in Kemiönsaari. Salary follows the collective agreement for social and health care staff. Base salary for a Lähihoitaja is 2756.94 €/month. In addition, a recruitment bonus of 1000 € and a language allowance if you have sufficient Swedish proficiency. Possible shift allowances and experience allowances are paid on top of the base pay. Requirements include a valid Lähihoitaja qualification, medicines competence, hygiene card, and vaccination protection under the communicable diseases act; fluency in Finnish and Swedish due to the bilingual environment; prior experience in elderly care is an advantage; a criminal record extract is requested.
