Product Manager

About the role: Senior Product Manager to own one or more product areas end to end, from discovery through delivery and impact measurement. You will drive deep customer discovery in procurement and sourcing workflows by interviewing buyers, category managers, and procurement leads to surface unmet needs and turn them into sharp product bets. You will define and prioritize the roadmap, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility, with a growing focus on sourcing automation, AI, and negotiations. You will partner with design and engineering from problem framing to release, shipping solutions that are both powerful and easy to use. You will work closely with Customer Success on our strategic accounts, joining key customer conversations, synthesizing account feedback, and ensuring roadmap calls reflect what matters most to our biggest customers. You will also partner with go-to-market on positioning, enablement, and rollout, and represent procurement practitioners in internal strategic discussions. About you: You bring a user- and outcome-driven mindset with a strong analytical thinking ability and excellent English communication. You are collaborative by default, able to align engineers, designers, and stakeholders without relying on authority.
