Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are hiring an early childhood education teacher to join Kielon Daycare in Vantaa. The successful candidate will listen attentively to both children and their guardians, work in a collaborative and encouraging environment that values warm, professional conduct and teamwork. The role focuses on meeting the child and family where they are, acknowledging each child’s needs individually and with sensitivity, and creating meaningful daily life for children and families. The day care operates with a three-educator model and is part of a service unit that includes Lauhatien Daycare. The environment supports environmental education, outdoor activities, and excursions, with an emphasis on curiosity and shared learning with the group and team.
