Shift Manager

We are seeking a Shift Manager for Hesburger at Prisma Syke, part of Osuuskauppa Hämeenmaa, for a permanent position (90–112.5 hours per 3 weeks). The role involves overseeing Hesburger operations during your shift, organizing tasks, guiding the team, and ensuring friendly, high-quality service to our customers. You will typically work at Hesburger but are responsible for the entire restaurant world in your shift. We value a proactive customer service attitude, motivation to inspire others, and a positive, leading example, keeping overall operations under control even during busy times. Prior supervisory or responsibility experience is beneficial. The job requires practical experience working in Hesburger and a good understanding of Hesburger concepts and operating procedures. Shifts cover all opening hours, so flexibility is appreciated. Compensation is paid according to the MaRan collective agreement.
