Excavator Operator

A skilled two-person team is needed for three construction sites in Sipoo, Lohja, and Helsinki. The role combines excavator operator duties with foreman responsibilities in infra projects. The work involves earthmoving and trenching for drainage rehabilitation using 5–13 ton tracked excavators. The operator should have prior experience with similar machinery, and the foreman should bring infra-sector know-how and experience in using lasers and compaction equipment. At these sites, 3D capabilities are not required. Start dates are as soon as a suitable team is found in Sipoo and Lohja, with Helsinki projects starting in July. Travel between sites is possible; candidate may begin at Sipoo or Lohja and continue at Helsinki for a period up to year-end. A valid occupational safety card is required, and owning a car is advantageous due to changing sites. Pay is determined by the infra collective agreement (TES) based on skill and experience, and applicants may state their salary expectations in the application.
