Ramudden is a global leader in temporary traffic management and road safety solutions, providing equipment and services for construction sites, rail projects and other critical infrastructure. The Sales Manager will drive sales of geotechnical measuring and research devices, nurture customer relationships, and collaborate with the sales organization, suppliers and product managers to grow the business. Primary duties include selling and renting geotechnical equipment, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, following market trends, and supporting and training the sales team. The role is based mainly in the Helsinki region with nationwide travel.

Responsibilities
- Sell geotechnical measuring and research equipment
- Develop and manage customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and new business opportunities
- Prepare quotes, participate in contract negotiations
- Close deals and develop customer relationships
- Monitor market, technology and competitors; utilize insights for growth
- Contribute to product range, pricing and availability discussions with product owners and suppliers
- Train and support other sales staff in geotech products
Requirements
- B2B sales experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and build business
- Understanding of geotechnical measuring equipment or similar technical solutions
- Experience with tender preparation and contract negotiations
- Ability to analyze market and customer data to drive sales
- Results-driven, proactive and goal-oriented
- Strong negotiation, communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-centric and excited about technical solutions and new business opportunities
- Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish a plus
