Construction Site Engineer

An experienced construction site engineer is sought for a demanding building project in Oulu. The successful candidate will be a central part of the site organization, supporting production and ensuring smooth progress on their part of the project. Tasks may include cost and schedule tracking, procurement, contract matters, documentation, and supporting production planning and site management. The role requires close collaboration with on-site management, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. The exact responsibilities can be tailored based on your skills and experience. Typical duties include cost tracking, forecasting and reporting, schedule creation and coordination, procurement preparation, bidding and monitoring, subcontractor and supplier contract tasks, quantity and cost calculation, site documentation and reporting, and collaboration with client, designers, subcontractors and other stakeholders. The selected person will be employed directly by our client company as a permanent employee. Salary will be agreed based on experience and skills, with start date per agreement.
