Job description We are looking for local guards to operate in Otaniemi for our client’s security tasks. In this engaging monitoring assignment you will be able to use your professional skills effectively, and you will also learn a lot and develop your expertise further. Duties include customer service, guard rounds, monitoring, access control, alarm tasks and maintenance-related tasks. The monitoring center operates 24/7, so shifts cover every hour of the day and every day of the year. You will receive solid orientation to your duties and the support of skilled colleagues and the unit’s management. Salary is in accordance with the Security Guard TES, level 3 pay (13.43 €/h). In addition, we pay a signing bonus to new employees after 8 months of employment (500€). Qualifications We expect excellent customer service skills and good IT literacy. Security-related qualifications are advantageous, but at least one year of versatile experience, for example in district and local guarding or alarm/service-center tasks, will support you at the start of your job. You will need fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus. The job requires an active security guard card and a B driver's license. First aid and use-of-force trainings are useful but can be provided as needed.
