Property Caretaker

A skilled property maintenance professional is needed for the Haaga area in Helsinki. The role primarily involves daytime work on various sites focusing on traditional building maintenance tasks for apartments in the area, including both exterior and interior tasks. Typical duties include replacing taps, lamps and filters, fixing water leaks, and seasonally snow clearing, lawn mowing and leaf blowing with garbage rounds. The more diverse experience you have in property maintenance tasks, the more likely you are the person we are seeking for a long-term position. Work starts when a suitable candidate is found and there is an opportunity to be taken on permanently. Initially, the position is a temporary agency assignment with a strong pathway to permanent employment with the client. We expect you to have at least two years of property maintenance experience, good customer service skills, and Finnish language ability, as work takes place at client sites during their open hours. A B-driving licence and the ability to use a car are a plus since sites are in Haaga and travel between locations is required. A good work ethic and reliability are essential.
