Commercial Sales Representative

Growing HL-Family family is looking for full-time sales and customer negotiators to join us. We pay new employees 10€/h. You can earn more under our standard pay model, but you earn at least 10 euros per hour regardless of sales results. Our broad network of partners enables us to find each employee a product to sell and market. You can influence the product choice. The products are well-known and customer lists come from our partners Otavamedia Oy, Sanoma Magazines, Bonnier Publications, Terramedia. Prior experience is not required, as we train every selected person with 30 years of experience and expertise. To us age is just a number and our sales team includes both young people starting their careers and seniors. Full-time employees work 7 hours per day, either morning or evening shift. We consider each employee's personal situation when planning shifts and you can also influence your own shifts. After the training period it is also possible to work remotely. We provide the necessary equipment from the company. We treat every employee as an individual and provide personal support throughout your career with us.
