Customer and Sales Negotiator

We are expanding and HL-Family Oy is looking for full-time sales and customer negotiators to join our team. We pay new employees 10 €/hour. You can earn more under our standard pay model, but you will earn at least 10 euros per hour regardless of sales results. Our broad network of partners allows us to find a suitable product to sell and market for each employee. You can influence the choice of product. The products are well known and we receive customer registers from our partners Otavamedia Oy, Sanoma Magazines, Bonnier Publications, Terramedia. No prior work experience is strictly required because we train every new hire with our 30 years of experience and professional know-how. For us, age is just a number and our sales team ranges from young to older workers. Full-time employees work 7 hours a day, either morning or evening shifts. We try to accommodate personal life situations with shift planning and you can also have input into your own shifts. After the training period there is also the possibility to work remotely, and you will be provided with the necessary equipment by the company. We treat every employee as an individual and you will receive personal support throughout your career with us.
