Nurse

The role combines responsibility, professional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence both patient care and the development of operating methods. As a nurse you are responsible for implementing patient medication and other nursing care tasks, assess care needs and create care plans using the RAI assessment framework. You work as a key operator in a multidisciplinary care team and participate in guiding students. The unit has four departments across four floors with elderly clients with multiple illnesses who require assistance in daily activities. We use modern tools and spacious patient rooms including ceiling lift systems. We offer independence, professional support, comprehensive induction, and opportunities to influence your own job description together with other nurses. The unit is well connected and has ample parking. You will need good Finnish language skills. Edu: experience in elderly care, RAI know-how, good IT skills and interest in developing care documentation and stimulating daily life for clients are considered merit. The eligibility requirement is licensure as a nurse under the Health Care Professionals Act (559/1994).
