We are looking for an experienced and proactive construction supervisor to strengthen our expert team on demanding industrial investment projects. If you have solid experience supervising construction sites and want to play a key role in the success of large industrial projects from start to finish, you may be the professional we are seeking. We offer opportunities to work on significant projects and continuously develop your skills. Most sites are located in Northern Ostrobothnia / Kajaani and Northern Sweden. Key responsibilities include monitoring construction work quality, schedule and cost to ensure progress according to plans; ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes; acting as a primary point of contact among client, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaborative problem solving; regular reporting on project progress, deviations and risk management; active participation in site meetings, quality inspections and acceptance of implementation documentation. What we expect from you: relevant technical education (e.g. construction engineer AMK/DI); several years of solid, diverse experience in supervising similar construction tasks, especially in industrial environments or major infrastructure projects; deep understanding of building regulations, occupational safety legislation and quality management systems; excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, ability to make independent decisions and solve problems under pressure; fluency in Finnish and English, with Swedish as a plus; other required: driving license B and travel readiness as per project needs.
