Sales Intern

Job description: * Support the sales team in the process of selling apartments and commercial premises * Participation in customer service – providing basic information regarding the offer and the purchase process * Preparing, completing, and archiving sales documentation and contracts * Entering data into the CRM system and ongoing updating of information about customers and transactions * Support in reporting sales activities and preparing summaries and analyses * Coordination of meetings with customers and organizational support for the sales department's work * Monitoring the real estate market and analyzing competitor offers * Ensuring a high standard of customer service and a positive customer experience at every stage of contact Qualifications: * Student of part-time studies – preferred fields: economics, management, marketing or related * Interest in sales and business relationships * Basic knowledge of sales and customer service * Communication and relationship-building skills * Goal-oriented mindset and desire for development * Good organization of work and independence * Ability to work in a team * Basic knowledge of MS Office package * First experience with a CRM system is welcome * Communicative knowledge of English Additional information: What we offer: * Work in a stable and developing company based on a mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) * Friendly atmosphere in a team created by people with a passion for their work * Work culture inspired by the Finnish approach – respect, cooperation, creativity, and commitment * A dedicated Buddy who will support you in integrating into the team and new tasks
