Responsibilities

Support the deployment, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-native applications running on AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Participate in the development and enhancement of automation tools, operational utilities, and infrastructure components using technologies such as Python, Go, and Shell scripting.
Assist in managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and other automation frameworks.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development, build automation, deployment automation, and release processes.
Monitor application and infrastructure health, investigate alerts, and participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities.
Help identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Support patching, upgrades, maintenance activities, and platform lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Security, and Customer Support.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, implementation, testing, and retrospectives.
Document operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Assist in operating secure and highly available production environments.
Participate in an on-call rotation and support a 24x7 operational environment when required.
Be flexible to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and occasional weekend coverage.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Product Operations, DevOps, Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Software Engineering.
Basic understanding of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with scripting or programming using Python, Go, Java, or Shell scripting.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices.
