Requirements
- Tu as une première expérience en environnement SaaS, support client ou support fonctionnel/technique
- Tu disposes d’une bonne compréhension des outils techniques : API REST, Postman, Swagger (des connaissances SQL sont un plus)
- Anglais courant à l’écrit et bonne compréhension orale pour collaborer avec des équipes internationales
- Tu fais preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et d’un bon sens de la communication
- Tu apprécies les environnements dynamiques, collaboratifs et orientés résolution de problèmes
- Tu justifies d’au moins 2 périodes fiscales en cabinet comptable (tenue comptable, révision, bilans, liasses fiscales)
