Customer Experience Host

Coor’s Front Desk Host is a friendly face welcoming visitors and ensuring smooth, seamless service. The role is based at the main lobby of an office building in Vallila, Helsinki, working as part of a cooperative team of about twenty colleagues to support the daily routine of our financial sector client’s headquarters. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with shifts on weekdays between 7:00 and 17:00. The salary is determined by the facilities management employees’ collective agreement. Lead a welcoming atmosphere, greet guests at the door, arrange meetings and conferences, handle courier deliveries and mail, and perform other office support tasks. You’ll need excellent customer service orientation, self-direction, accuracy, and the ability to work with diverse people. Previous experience in front desk or reception is preferred, along with fluent Finnish and English, strong IT basics, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
