Senior ML Engineer

Token Factory is a part of Nebius Cloud, one of the world’s largest GPU clouds. We are building an inference and fine-tuning platform that makes every kind of foundation model — text, vision, audio, and multimodal architectures — fast, reliable, and effortless to train and deploy at massive scale. Directions include Advanced Fine-Tuning (LoRA-based and full-parameter), Inference Optimization (building pipelines in JAX for speculative decoding, exploring architectures like dense/MoE, autoregressive/parallel), and Low Precision Training & Inference (FP8, NVFP4/MXFP4). We expect you to have a profound understanding of ML/ reinforcement learning theory, deep expertise in language modeling, experience with training large models on multiple computational nodes, and strong software engineering with Python and JAX.
