We are seeking a motivated professional from urban planning for a permanent position as zoning chief, the main task being to lead the zoning team and act as the team’s first supervisor. You will be responsible for resourcing and scheduling of zoning processes, planning and implementing stakeholder engagement related to zoning matters, and deciding on zoning deviations. As part of the role, you may also prepare your own zoning projects. You will actively participate in planning the Urban Planning Unit’s operations and in advancing environmental and climate issues under the unit’s responsibility. Tasks can be tailored to your competencies and interests. You will serve as the deputy of the head of planning for the City Planning Unit. Why join us in Järvenpää?
