About the role

This position is for a qualified social services professional in early childhood education. The role involves participating in a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities, and to collaborate with families to support child wellbeing and learning. It includes strengthening community and inclusion in cooperation with guardians and other child- and family-service actors. The post is based at Y.E.S. Daycare, which is multilingual (English and Finnish) and located in Hagelstamintie, Pakkaala, Vantaa. The successful candidate will work with 3–5-year-old groups this season, and will contribute to developing services and new practices from the perspective of child wellbeing and community involvement.
