Sales Representative

We are looking for mobile sales people to extend the life of single-family homes by ensuring necessary electrical, sewer, or plumbing renovations are carried out. The role involves meeting customers during the week, typically 3–4 visits per day, with visits usually scheduled 10:00–17:00 at the renovation site. You will start by specializing in electrical, sewer, or plumbing renovations, then gain broader service know-how. The position offers training, a supportive team, and potential career progression to supervisor or trainer roles. The compensation structure includes a guaranteed base for the first six months (1,600 EUR/month) plus commissions, moving to a base plus commission model (3,000–4,500 EUR/month) thereafter, with no salary cap.
