A core part of our service offering in this unit’s account segments is workplace services. We continuously seek new, innovative and reliable people to join our growing unit, offering international company training and career progression as well as a vantage point in a leading real estate and facility services company. We are now looking for a SERVICE COORDINATOR to strengthen our fantastic real estate service team in Espoo, Keilaniemi. As a service coordinator you play a key role in creating first-class service experiences for our customers. In this multi-service site (reception/security, cleaning, property maintenance, technical and office services) you will mainly ensure smooth front-of-house services, hold coordination meetings, communicate changes and develop. You will coordinate projects within your area of responsibility. You perform various administrative tasks and reporting. You also support other services we produce as part of the service team to ensure a coherent and functioning service experience for our customers. The role is full-time and permanent. You report to the account manager. We expect relevant education and solid experience in customer service. You won’t be rattled by rapid changes; as a solutions-focused professional you can operate flexibly in changing situations. You communicate in Finnish and English with a friendly service mindset. You have good IT skills and especially MS Office competence. You are precise, autonomous and have good teamwork. Project management experience is an obvious asset in this role.
